Sweden: Amon Amarth

I decided to get the most well known Swedish metal band out of the way to boost up underrated Swedish metal bands in the future. I LOVE Amon Amarth so I don't think this warrants much explanation. "Guardians of Asgaard" is forever one of my favorite metal jams. I decided to showcase a different song today though. 

You'll either like if you like and don't if you don't. If you don't then I feel sorry for you. Enjoy.

It was usually name dropped along the same sentiment when Rammestein came up but for some reason or another I just never sought out their music. India: Bloodywood

Yes, there is a such thing as metal coming from India. This was the first band I came across and they totally blew my mind! The man who started it all had very humble beginnings and worked hard to have the band that exists today. He self produced his own documentary a few years ago detailing how it all startedn along with the obstacles along the way. Very inspiring and I highly recommend you guys to watch it as it's entertaining and funny as hell too!  Raj Against the Machine  such a clever title!
