Spain: Megara

Not gonna lie, I literally found out about this female fronted metal band TODAY through a YouTube playlist and they were the 1st ones and I was pretty blown away. I saw the music video starts off with a pig mask and it just makes sense to include this band as today's Metal Band of the Day. Pardon the redundancy. I've listened to a couple of their songs already. Naufrago, Saturno and Hocus Pocus are pretty bangin'.

India: Bloodywood

Yes, there is a such thing as metal coming from India. This was the first band I came across and they totally blew my mind! The man who started it all had very humble beginnings and worked hard to have the band that exists today. He self produced his own documentary a few years ago detailing how it all startedn along with the obstacles along the way. Very inspiring and I highly recommend you guys to watch it as it's entertaining and funny as hell too!  Raj Against the Machine  such a clever title! Enjoy this song hoping it will be the first of many you will hear from them!
