Canada: Kataklysm

Didn't think there was a good example of Canadian metal, eh? WELL THERE IS. I've been listening to Kataklysm for the better part of the past 10 years. In their career span they have like released like 14 studio albums! Yoooo. I haven't listened to their entire discography. I've been seemingly stuck in the Shadows and Dust - Serenity in Fire era. Here is one of my favorite songs from them. I still get hyped whenever this song pops up in rotation.

It was usually name dropped along the same sentiment when Rammestein came up but for some reason or another I just never sought out their music. India: Bloodywood

Yes, there is a such thing as metal coming from India. This was the first band I came across and they totally blew my mind! The man who started it all had very humble beginnings and worked hard to have the band that exists today. He self produced his own documentary a few years ago detailing how it all startedn along with the obstacles along the way. Very inspiring and I highly recommend you guys to watch it as it's entertaining and funny as hell too!  Raj Against the Machine  such a clever title! Enjoy this song hoping it will be the first of many you will hear from them!
